Hi-Lite Academy started with a question: what if teens left high school actually ready for life?
Too many students walk into college or the workforce without the basics: confidence, financial literacy, resilience, leadership. We’re here to change that.

For parents: we’ve created a safe, coach and student-led environment where your teen learns independence, accountability, and critical skills you know they’ll need.

For teens: this isn’t another lecture hall. It’s a space to test ideas, fail forward, and build confidence in who you are and what you can do.

Our coaches are mentors, entrepreneurs, and educators who don’t just talk about skills — they live them.

ACADEMY COACH ASSISTANT

Hi, I'm Anna! I’m the Academy Coach Assistant, bringing structure, curiosity, and real-world problem-solving into my work with students. As an aerospace engineering professional, I apply analytical thinking and practical frameworks to help students build confidence, stay motivated, and navigate challenges both in and out of the classroom.

I’m passionate about helping individuals develop confidence, clarity, and momentum by breaking complex challenges into practical, actionable steps. My coaching style blends logic with empathy, empowering students to take ownership of their growth and consistently perform at their best.

ACADEMY COACH ASSISTANT

Hi, I'm Piper!

I’m a high school assistant coach because I believe every student deserves to feel supported, understood, and capable of growth. I stepped into this role to help others like myself students who may need an extra person in their corner, someone who listens and genuinely cares.

My approach is rooted in empathy, trust, and encouragement. I focus on helping students build confidence, self-awareness, and resilience, while reminding them that they don’t have to have everything figured out to be doing well. Sometimes progress starts with simply feeling seen.

I’m passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment where students feel comfortable being themselves and growing at their own pace. Supporting young people through challenges, big or small, is what drives me and it’s a privilege to be part of their journey.
