This is real world skill building for teens and young adults.
Our Life Skills Workshop Series are high-impact, in-person experiences designed to prepare teens and young adults for independence, responsibility, and real expectations in both life and work.

Independent Living
Learn to manage time, responsibilities, emotions, and daily expectations without constant reminders.
Financial Literacy
Learn how money actually works before mistakes become expensive.

After School Hangouts

Hi-Lite HangOut
“Finally - an after-school space where teens actually want to be.”
Forget the babysitting vibe of typical after-school care. Our Hangouts are built for high schoolers who need more than a couch and a phone. From 3 - 6 PM, HiLite Academy becomes the place where teens:

Time management, organization, emotional resilience, and self-advocacy taught in ways that click

Coaches on hand to help teens stay on track, manage assignments, and build focus.
• Build Real Friendships
A safe, social environment designed for connection, confidence, and fun (yes, fun).
